“Sometimes I’m not Angry, I’m Hurt and there’s a Big difference.”
Both Anger and Hurt are two sides of the same coin. Hurt most often causes a deep seated anger. Whether You choose to express it or not is an entirely different matter and Anger, is usually caused when somebody’s interests , or emotions are hurt. It does not just happen. Ultimately, inner Peace by Forgiving and Forgetting is the only way to Happiness.
Anger is a secondary emotion. You always feel something else before you feel angry. In this case, it is “hurt”.
People who get the angriest usually are the ones who have a harder time forgiving others. People who hurt just can’t understand why they are being treated so badly?
