SOME USEFUL HINTS TO REDUCE STRESS LEVEL

1.               Learn to relax
v   Take ‘mini breaks’.
v   Sit-down and slowly take a deep breath.
v   Hold it and exhale slowly.
v   Smile and say positively “I am R-e-l-a-x-e-d”.
2.             Get organized
v   Prepare and practice a schedule of daily organized work, sleep and recreation.
3.             Exercise
v   Aerobics, walking, jogging, dancing and swimming.
4.            Quiet Time
v   Spend some time quietly
E.g. watching the sunset, listening to melodious classical music calmly, even a look at a fish tank relaxes.
    5.  Diet
v   Eat a balanced diet. Avoid intoxicating drinks such as alcohol and caffeine.
